PRINCE IDRIS BALOGUN FELICITATES WITH JOKE ORELOPE ON HER REAPPOINTMENT AS SSAP-SDG, REJOICES WITH AJIGBOTAFE

THE crown Prince of Isheri Olofin Land in Alimosho Local Government, Prince Idris Balogun (aka Oluomo Kaafata) has joined the galaxy of eminent well-wishers across Nigeria to celebrate Her Excellency, Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire (OFR) over her reappointment as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals (SSAP-SDGs). He described the appointment as another years of glory ahead for Nigeria in the countdown to the year 2030 when abundance of life for the citizens is to start flourishing according to United Nations’ set objectives.
In the same vein, Oluomo, as he is fondly called by admirers, also rejoices with Mr. Akinyemi Ajigbotafe who was also inaugurated on Wednesday into the Executive Cabinet of the wise men and women set to drive the “T.H.E.M.E.S Plus Agenda” for the “Greater Lagos Rising”. The former Aspirant to the House of Representatives for Alimosho Federal Constituency seat on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC) said Ajigbotafe’s appointment was a vindication of the fact of how Alimosho had been denied quality representation for a long time, having been hastily promoted to a portfolio title holder within a short brief he started as Special Assistant to the Governor.
Prince Balogun said: “In a coincidence, the news of our Mother, Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire’s appointment came while we were celebrating the inauguration of Mr. Akinyemi Ajigbotafe’s confirmation as the Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment. What I see about this is the sign of assurance from the Almighty God to the people of Alimosho, particularly members of the Progressives family that they were now set to reap from the labour of perfect choices they made to vote APC in the last 2023 General Elections”.
Balogun said the appointment of former Deputy Governor of Lagos State would surely attract more developments to Alimosho, given what she had been able to do in turning the Egbeda corridor into a small London in Alimosho in her first tenure. He also gave insight to how Alimosho people should hope to benefit from Hon Ajigbotafe’s appointment.
He said: “Her Excellency is one woman with passion for service to mankind. Even without politics, she is a kind-hearted person. With politics now, we know what she had done as a Commissioner in Lagos State; what she did as Deputy Governor; and we saw what she did with her last appointment at the Federal. Go and look around Egbeda/Akowonjo, you will see how she has transformed the area into a small London. This time around, we are expecting that she will use the office to bring development to all other divisions of Alimosho.
“From our Commissioner, Mr. Ajigbotafe, I think he knows the struggles he faced to come this far. His office is about developing people, empowering people to live a better life. It is one opportunity for our people to benefit from. Job creation is a major focus of this APC government, both at the state and Federal level. I will advise our youths to follow governments’ activities so that they can know what is coming out and from where".
